72kg, 10.5% bfat, hoping to maintain 75kg 12% bfat
1/2 cup home made yogurt
1.5 cups blueberries
100ml of black currant/boysenberry juice concentrate (no addatives and 100% daily VitC)
2 heaping tablespoons of pure NZ whey protein
*then stick blended

yogurt= great source of calcium (from what I've seen studies show it to be the best source)
berries= many benefits but my favorite one is research showing they inhibit the body's ability to store fat
whey protein= a complete protein

I also follow this with a handful of nuts, 1,000IU VitD, and 1-1.5oz 95% dark chocolate.
